Standard Policy: Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in may be subject to partial or full charges.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings may be non-refundable; this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
If you booked through an external platform, their cancellation and refund policies will apply.
